In fact it was through this book I discovered lift.do for myself. I have used habit stacking for my morning routine such as making lemon water and espresso coffee and reading motivation quotes in the same routine.
The kindle book is worth purchasing and makes a great supplement to mini habits. The book is jam packed full of ideas(97) to new habits worth developing.
